Listing Guidelines

EIFA is a curated digital hub celebrating independent brands, services, and enterprises across Namibia. Entry is by application to ensure every listing reflects our core standards of quality, reliability, and design.

Key Requirements

To qualify for Phase Two review, your business should meet the following benchmarks:

• Established Presence: Operating active local operations in Windhoek for at least 12 months.

• Physical Base: Operating from a verifiable physical location, studio, or registered storefront in Windhoek.

• Track Record: A consistent history of service, evidenced by 15–20 recent positive client reviews or testimonials.

• Professional Standards: Demonstrated commitment to honoring scheduled appointments, prompt client response times, and clear communication.

• Active Channels: An active social media presence alongside functional contact methods (working phone number,WhatsApp, and/or email).

What Happens Next?

Submissions are reviewed in the order they come in. We evaluate applications within 5–7 business days. Approved businesses will receive an email to fill in your profile details and upload your business logo, so your business profile is ready to go live.
